Forming, October 2026. Founding operators are invited to the pilot.

Join the pilot

The exchange starts with two or three peer operators under a short bilateral agreement, before any shared infrastructure exists. Founding members shape the codes, the evidence standard and the home.

What the pilot asks

A named fraud contact

One person who closes accounts for fraud and can say why. The pilot is a conversation between those people, not between marketing teams.

A ring you have already caught

An operator with nothing to file has nothing to test. The first exchange is hashes from confirmed multi-account and referral rings only, no emails in the first round.

A weekly file swap

Each side runs the normalisation and hashing from the specification locally and swaps a file of hashes and codes once a week. No service, no API, no salt rotation yet.

A willingness to stop

A single wrong hit that cost a real customer their account ends the pilot until the evidence standard is tightened. That rule is in the agreement, not in a slide.

What success looks like

At least one hit in either direction within 60 days that a member confirms was a real person already caught at the other. Zero disputed hits. Both sides still willing to file after reading the other's records.

Express interest

Tell us who you are and what you have caught. We reply to every operator, and nothing you write here is shared with anyone else.
